Reviews: Purex Plus Oxi
Introducing Purex plus Oxi, a new stain-fighting liquid detergent from Purex. Purex plus Oxi is the most powerful Purex detergent available. In fact, it works against over 101 different stains! The three stain-fighting enzymes in Purex plus Oxi each work against different types of stains for the most Purex stain-fighting power you can get. Purex plus Oxi, like all liquid Purex products, has been specially formulated to work in both high efficiency washers and traditional washing machines. Purex plus Oxi is a hypoallergenic formula with a light, fresh scent. It is perfect for everyday laundry or heavily soil loads as it will leave your clothes bright, white, and clean.
Purex plus Oxi is so powerful, it can even be used to pretreat stains too! To use as a pretreater just pour a little Purex plus Oxi onto the stain and rub the stained fabric together. Then let it sit for five minutes before putting it in the washer. Finally, add Purex plus Oxi detergent to your wash load as you normally would.
I was given a bottle of Purex plus Oxi as shown in the picture above to try out. I love the shape of the bottle as I find it easy to carry. The only issue I have with the bottle is the cap. As you can see from the picture above I put tape on it to help me determine the amount they want me to add to an average load. I can't see the lines inside the lid at all unless I stick a flash light right on it. So this tape helps out in a big way. Anyway, about the detergent itself. It did clean my clothes well and I really liked that. I love it's light fresh scent of Fresh Morning Burst. It smells so good to me. It did a decent job on my stains as I had one stubborn stain and did the pretreat method as directed and it did help remove the stain. For doing a good job on my clothes I am really glad that Purex plus Oxi is also a good value. That is always a nice bonus!
If you'd like to learn more about Purex plus Oxi and the other products that Purex makes you can visit the Purex website, "like" Purex on Facebook, and follow Purex on Twitter.

ReplyDeleteThe stain I have the most trouble with is blood.
ReplyDeleteThe one that has been driving my nuts is simply dirt/mud. My kids get it onto their clothes over and over, and no matter how many times I wash it still comes out brown.
ReplyDeleteMy toughest stain to remove is red wine.
