Reviews: Green Giant Veggie Snack Chips
Brace yourself for a giant surprise from the Jolly Green Giant! He is now in the snack aisle. Introducing new Green Giant Veggie Snack Chips which is available in two delicious varieties: Roasted Veggie Tortilla Chips with Zesty Cheddar and Multigrain Sweet Potato Chips with Sea Salt. The Roasted Veggie Tortilla Chips with Zesty Cheddar are crispy tortilla chips made with real vegetables like carrot, broccoli, and tomato. They also have 17g of whole grains. The Multigrain Sweet Potato Chips with Sea Salt are made with real sweet potatoes and have 14g of whole grains, with 40% less fat than regular potato chips*.
I got to try both of the Green Giant Veggie Snack Chips and thought both of them were good. The Green Giant Roasted Veggie Tortilla Chips with Zesty Cheddar were nice and crunchy. The cheddar flavor seemed rather mild to me but I was ok with that. I found it interesting that these chips tasted a little like ranch flavored chips as well which gave them a unique flavor to me. I liked this. The Green Giant Multigrain Sweet Potato Chips with Sea Salt also had a crunchy taste to them as well. I did find the sea salt flavor to be mild but was ok with this. I liked that they had a nice mild sweetness to them. As to which was my favorite I can not say because I really liked both of them in their own way. Pictured below is what each of the chips look like once you take them out of the bag.
