Reviews: Rubbermaid Hidden Recycler Review
Rubbermaid is very excited to introduce their Rubbermaid Hidden Recycler that gets recyclables off the counter and hidden out of sight.
Here are the features of the Rubbermaid Hidden Recycler.
1. Easy attachment to a cabinet door with hooks included with the product or with screws (not included).
2. A convenient handle allows the bag to easily be transported to wherever your recycling is stored for pick-up or transport.
3. A 5-gallon bag that holds up to (36) 12-ounce cans and can fit a milk jug.
4. The bag has a leak-proof liner and is machine washable to make it easy to clean after any unexpected spills.
5. The bag is soft-sided allowing for flexibility inside any cabinet.
6. The bag and all packaging is made from recyclable material, and the product is recyclable.

I'll be upfront, I was hoping to use the Rubbermaid Hidden Recycler the way is is supposed to be used (hidden in a cabinet). However, when I tried to hang it on my cabinet door the hooks that were included did not fit. I didn't want to use screws as I do not own this house and don't want to cause any damage to the house. This didn't stop me from finding a use for it though. Instead I decided to hang it in plain site on our wire cube shelves. I think it looks great there. Now I have a recycling bag (or I think it can also be used for garbage too as it is machine washable) in a place that is in a convenient place that is also up off the floor and slightly out of the way. The Rubbermaid Hidden Recycler is a great addition to my house.
Disclaimer: I received a free Rubbermaid Hidden Recycler to help me write this review. The opinions here are mine and were not influenced in any way. My experience may be different than yours.

This Rubbermaid Hidden recycler would help me out generously. I currently have to throw thing is shopping bags and throw it in the laundry room which creates clutter. So having it in one place would be a great help. :-) Thank you so much.
ReplyDeleteIt would be wonderful to have the recycling actually look attractive. We put ours in an old bright green trash can in the kitchen - not so pretty.
ReplyDeleteOur recycling sits on the counter until we take it into the large recycling bin in the garage. It would be helpful in keeping my counters clear.
ReplyDeleteThis would be an easy way to remember to recycle & a space saver for small kitchens like mine.
ReplyDeleteThis would be great to free up valuable floor space in my small kitchen.
