Reviews: Harvest Snaps

Harvest Snaps are a healthy snack to enjoy.  They make six varieties: four Snapea Crisps (Caesar, Wasabi Ranch, Black Pepper, and Lightly Salted) and two Lentil Snaps (Onion Thyme and Tomato Basil).  Harvest Snaps are baked, gluten-free, high in fiber and protein, and low in sodium and fat.

Harvest Snaps sent me all six of their flavors to try out.  Below is a picture of what each one looks like when you open up the bag.  The first we tried was the Snapea Crisps Caesar.  My husband and I both liked it.  This flavor was my second favorite flavor out of the bunch.  The Wasabi Ranch was probably the one I liked the least because I don't like spicy foods.  However, it ended up being my husband's favorite.  When you eat the Wasabi Ranch it's not all that spicy, it's the kick right after that makes them too spicy for me.  The Black Pepper was alright but you can definitely taste the black pepper in the Snapea Crisps.  My favorite was the Lightly Salted Snapea Crisps.  After tasting the previous three flavors you may think these are bland but by themselves they have a nice flavor.  Maybe dipping them in a dressing to add more flavor to them wouldn't make them taste too bland if you think they are.  The last two we tried were the Lentil Snaps.  Both Mike and I didn't care for either of these flavors.  They tasted odd to us.  All of the Harvest Snaps have a nice crunch to them which I liked.  I do like that they are healthier than regular potato chips which is the best reason to enjoy them.
